Initial Consultation:
Your first session is focused on understanding your overall well-being. This initial assessment lasts 30 to 45 minutes and allows me to gather detailed information about your physical, mental, and social history to tailor the best possible reflexology treatment for your specific needs. This initial consultation is complimentary.

Standard Reflexology Treatment:
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: £35 per session
Package Deal: 5 sessions for £165
Home Visits: Treatments can also be provided in the comfort of your own home upon request.

Meditation Services

Introduction Session:
The first 10 to 15 minutes of your initial meditation session will include an explanation of what meditation is and how it can benefit you. The full lesson will last between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the number of participants (maximum of 4 to 5 people per session).

Meditation Session:
Cost: £25 per session
Package Deal: 5 sessions for £115
